Lay Aside Anxiety — Believe, Trust and Have Faith!

Welcome My Friend!

Thank you for your visit.

I pray all is well with you

also

that the words you find here will be encouraging

and inspiring as you continue on your path seeking Jesus.

Friend, today I am led to speak to you about laying aside ANXIETY and our scripture focus is from the book of Psalm – Chapter 55:22

“Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you…”

We must TRUST, BELIEVE and have FAITH in God for all things!

We must not waver.

We must recognize feelings of pressure/fear/doubt and “anxiety” as a call to PRAYER!   Let us immediately turn to God and lay our issues before Him.

THEN, remember Psalm 46:10 —

“Be still and know that I am GOD.”

Friend, the Lord loves us

and

in John 14:1 says to us —

“Let not your heart be troubled: you believe in God, believe also in Me.”

It is good to seek our Lord Jesus in ALL things.

Scripture is not vague on this matter BUT is specific and direct about it:

Jeremiah 29:13 says —

“You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”

Further, the Lord is ever ready to lovingly guide us:

John 14:6 states —

“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

Then

Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us —

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.  And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”

Proverbs 3:5-6 clearly points out  —

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding: In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”

Friend, let us be on one accord and STAND on God’s Word.

He says He shall direct our paths if we trust in Him, lean not on our own understanding and acknowledge Him in all our ways.

God said it and He will do what He says He will do!

Halleluiah!!!

I believe God does not want us to run our race while burdened down with worry.  He wants us to run freely in PEACE.  That’s why He came, and that’s why He lives within us.

Let us bow our heads and pray:

Thank you Lord God that we may say to you on this day —

“Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.” (Psalm 68:19)

Amen.
