Restorative Hope!

Welcome Friend!

I am very thankful for your visit today – especially, if you are

returning to see if you will possibly find more encouraging

and inspiring words on your journey seeking Jesus Christ – your friend and mine.

I BELIEVE my sisters and brothers that you will

because our focus is on

God’s wonderful WORD

coming straight from the Book of Psalm.

Today’s scripture verse is — Psalm 62: 5, 7-8 —

“I find rest in God; only he gives me hope…on God rests my salvation

and my glory; my mighty rock, my refuge is God.  Trust in him at all times,

O people; pour out your heart before him;

God is a refuge for us.”

Thank you God for your WORD – it is food to our soul and spirit!

Praise, Praise, Praise to You and You alone.

Friend, have you ever gotten to the point where you

feel you can’t continue?

You keep working and pushing — feeling that if you fail

everything will fall apart.  You trust yourself for success

rather than GOD–and it’s wearing you out.

My friend, you need to rest and trust that God will reenergize and inspire

you.  He’ll show you how to work SMARTER–instead of HARDER–and

accomplish everything in HIS strength.

So, take a break and let him RESTORE you.  He’ll fill you with

His wisdom and empower you for all your tasks.

Let us please bow our heads together and pray —

“Lord Jesus, it’s hard to let go and let God because there’s so much

to do.  Help us to TRUST  and have FAITH inYou, and please multiply our times of rest.”

Thank you Lord.

We Praise You!

Do You Realize It?

Your visit  is truly a blessing.

Thank you for stopping by.

I am ever prayerful that you will be

by the words here today as you continue on your journey seeking Jesus – your Friend and mine!

Our scripture focus is Psalm 87:3 —

“Wonderful things are said about you”

It is interesting to know that people who genuinely follow God often don’t know what a blessing they are to others.  They’ve been taught to be humble –to hold God as their standard instead of others — so, they’re modest about their graces and abilities.

Friend, if you’ve been seeking God obediently, he’s been SHINING through you.

His unique qualities of

have encouraged others and inspired them to seek HIM.

The humility you experience isn’t about feeling worthless; it’s about attributing the glory in you to God.  So if you’re feeling down about yourself — stop it.  You just can’t see what others can.  God is working through you, and that’s surely praiseworthy.

Let’s please bow our heads and pray together —

Lord, thank you that the good others see in me – is YOU!  Praise God!

Thank you for shining through me and giving me your SPECIAL attributes.”
