Do you sometimes struggle with deciding whom to please in this life we live?
Generally, people are either leaders or followers. Those who serve like to give of themselves, but are often pulled in a hundred directions — trying to please EVERYONE.
Those who lead can be inspirational to others — but they sometimes become too self-important.
For leaders, they must remember that God is the ultimate authority. Those who follow must serve out of obedience, rather than a desire to be accepted.
Whether you’re a leader or a follower — God is the only One you’ll ever need to please. So, honor Him with all you do.
“Oh, give thanks to the Lord! Call upon His Name; Make known His deeds among the peoples! Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; talk of all His wondrous works!
Glory in His holy name; Let the hearts of those rejoice who SEEK the Lord!
SEEK the Lord and His strength; SEEK His face evermore! Remember His marvelous works which He has done, His wonders and the judgments of His mouth, O seed of Abraham His servant, You children of Jacob, His chosen ones!” (Psalm 105:1-6)
